Our Penthouse Apartment is available for holiday (3 night minimum stays) and short term rentals. We are situated on Kings Beach Caloundra, which is at the beginning of the Sunshine Coast Queensland (1 hr north from Brisbane International Airport).
With plenty of things to do for all from surfing on either the pristine Kings Beach or Moffat Beach which is either 3 minute walk or 5 minute drive to throwing the odd line in on either the beaches or some beautiful freshwater rivers and lakes around the area. If you are one that likes to be one with nature there are some fantastic mountain walking trails in the hinterlands at the Glass House Mountains or Mount Coolum to name a few. If that is not your thing and you want to have walk around the famous Australia Zoo Home of The Crocodile Hunter or take a stroll through the Eumundi Markets to sample some of the regional and local produce we have that too.
The Apartment is ideal for a family who is looking to have a relaxing holiday, we can sleep upto 6 people comfortably. The apartment is all set up and ready to go all you need to do is make a booking and pack your bags .
